What is it?
VoiceGate's fax-on-demand module is an optional feature, which allows companies to store printed information as part of their voice mail/ automated attendant. It allows callers to select from a menu of stored documents and instructs them via their touch-tone phone to send hard copy information to their own fax number.
How does it work?
"You have reached our automated fax-on-demand service. If you know the number of the document you wish to be sent to you, Press '1'. For a full menu of all documents currently available on this service, Press '2'. Please enter the number of the document you require. Please enter your fax number, now!"
